IT Made Easy Limited appreciate the importance
of a having good Support Network in place, especially when
your IT infrastructure is in question. We offer two support
fee structures suited to your individual or business needs.
We will endevour to acknowledge / respond
to all Support Requests e-mailed to us within 24 hours. Once
we have received your request we will contact you by your
preferred method of contact to organise a time to come onsite. |

Option 1: Pay as you go
You can choose to pay as you go at a rate of $125
per hour excluding GST.
Option 2: Hours Purchased in advance
You can purchase blocks of hours in advance depending
on your business budget. This option is most viable for businesses
who are going to require ongoing maintenance support.
- 10 hours block - $1100.00 excluding GST.
- 20 hours block - $1900.00 excluding GST.
